Hello. My name is Axel and I am a year-old male boxer. I weigh less than fifty pounds. I came to the rescue after I was found by a nice man. They looked for my owner but no one ever claimed me as their own. Maybe you could adopt me now? That would make us a family.
I like my people. I want to hang out around you so a fenced yard and time to play with me are the best for both of us. Please don’t misunderstand me, I am not a yard dog so I don’t live there but I like to run and play outside sometimes. Other dogs are a mystery. Some I like others not so much. I know how to sit and stay and would be more than willing to learn whatever you want to teach me after all I am a smart boy. I like children and all the people I meet. Because I am still young sometimes I have selective hearing or memory loss. Don’t worry, I will grow out of it with your help. I think I am house trained but at first, we will have to figure out how I tell you that I need to go.
I have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. I am current on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. I eat food that is beef based because I couldn’t digest that chicken very well.
