Not everyone is aware of the expenses that go into rescuing a dog. Dogs As Family provides all medical care needed as well as food, crates, toys, bowls, treats, collars, leashes and some have extra training we also pay for. Animal sponsorships are a way to help us cover a part of the immediate, daily and long term expenses for a rescued pet.
Some of the dogs that come to the rescue are not adoptable and may never be. The physical and emotional damage they have endured make adoption too expensive for the adopter or too difficult for the dog. They have a safe and loving home with us forever.
