Hello. My name is Andre. I am about two years old, weigh a little more than eleven pounds and have wild hair. They said I am a yorkie mix. I came to the rescue after I was found and taken to a city shelter. I waited but they never came to look for me. That's ok because now we can become a new family.
I love people but not always other dogs. Honestly, sometimes I don't like to share my people with other furry kids. I do like children, at least school age or older. I hate the vacuum. When you turn that thing on I just loose it and try to go after "the beast". Otherwise I am a quiet guy. I love to run and play in the fenced yard or just sit in the sun. Please don't misunderstand, I live in the house with you but enjoy the fresh air sometimes too. I like to give you kisses and sit by you. I am house trained and crate trained. I know my name and will follow directions well. Don't let the wild hair fool you, I am very smart.
I have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. My adoption fee is 200.00. The first step in adopting me is to complete an application for Andre at dogsasfamily.org. When I think of family, I think of you.
