Hello, my name is Hope. I am about three years old and am overweight at 23 pounds. I am a mix between a corgi and border collie that has a funny name, Borgi. I came to the rescue with my two furry sisters, Faith and Charity, after our person went to heaven. Well first we waited with him until someone came and then we went to the shelter where the rescue came and got us from. We were all very sad for a while but are now ready for a new home.
So, I have a long full coat and short legs. I need to lose at least five pounds... if not more. I have had bloodwork done. It said I am very healthy and my thyroid level is normal, so I need to lose weight naturally. You will have to be patient as it will take months to get the weight off. I love food and will eat whatever you want me to so maybe you better watch the amount I get so I can lose that weight. I am a happy, loving, playful girl. When you walk I paw at your legs to get your attention. I dance and talk when I am excited too. I have always been with other dogs but it could be just you and I if you want. I am house and crate trained.
I have been spay, microchipped and am current on vaccinations, heartworm/flea and tick preventative. My adoption fee is 150.00. The first step in adopting me is to complete an application for Hope at dogsasfamily.org. Together we can be family.
